Shipping policy

Please read the order confirmation email that you have received once placing an order. 

Please pay attention to ship dates in the listing details. All items will ship at the same time unless you contact the shop with a request for a separate shipping invoice and date. It's best to place orders for in-stock items separately from items that have a later ship date. 

**It is important to know that all orders will ship to the customer once every item in the order is ready to ship. If you place an order with different ship dates, everything will ship once the entire order is ready. Need something sooner? Place separate orders or reach out to the shop and we can invoice you for a separate shipping fee. 

All holiday, themed, and clearance items are final sale. All personalized items are final sale. If an item (not in one of these categories listed above) needs to be exchanged, the customer will receive store credit.
