We’re excited to introduce you to one of our favorite ladies in the social media world....Meet Brooke Jensen of The Broke Brooke:

 My name is Brooke Jensen, and I’m a wife to Andrew, mom to 17 month old Charleston, and CPA (Certified Public Accountant). We have been living in Oklahoma City the past 5 years for my husband’s residency, but are moving closer back home to Wichita, Kansas this month. We can’t wait to start our new adventure together as a family! Ever since I was little, my mom and I have always bonded over fashion and have gone on countless shopping trips together. I can’t wait to share this love with Charleston! 

What is the most rewarding part about being a mother?

It’s honestly all the little moments during that day that make me smile! She gives me a whole new perspective on life and truly makes me remember to enjoy the moment! 

What do you look for when shopping for your children's clothing?

I adore classic style and anything with bows, ruffles, seersucker, eyelet, gingham and of course a monogram! Shopping for children’s clothing has become so much more fun than shopping for myself! 

What's your guilty pleasure or indulgence? 

Chocolate Chip Cookies are my weakness, and I make them way more than I would like to admit!! Charleston has even started going “mmm… mmmm … mmm” when the mixer turns on! 

What are you reading or watching right now? 

I’m such a sucker for reality TV! I’m currently watching Southern Charm and The Bachelorette. Charleston, SC is one of our favorite cities (and partially why our daughter’s name is Charleston), so it’s been fun to watch! 

Tell us your fondest memory since becoming a mother. 

Every time she says “momma” and comes over for a kiss, I pinch myself. I can’t believe that I get to be a mom to this sweet little girl! 

What's the best advice someone has given you about motherhood? Who gave it to you? 

 Soak up every moment and remember that everything is temporary (even though that’s hard to remember in those times of colic or teething)! I also saw a quote recently about "18 Summers - It’s all we get!”  After thinking about that, I immediately made a Summer bucket list for our family! 

We just love partnering with Brooke and are drawn to her adorable style. Her friendly personality and sweet charm makes you feel like you’ve been friends with her for years. And her talent to find the most adorable pieces for littles & moms is quite the super power.
