Shipping and Returns

Please read the order confirmation email that you have received once placing an order. 

Please pay attention to ship dates in the listing details. All items will ship at the same time unless you contact the shop with a request for a separate shipping invoice and date. It's best to place orders for in-stock items separately from items that have a later ship date. 

**It is important to know that all orders will ship to the customer once every item in the order is ready to ship. If you place an order with different ship dates, everything will ship once the entire order is ready. Need something sooner? Place separate orders or reach out to the shop and we can invoice you for a separate shipping fee. Thank you! 

 If you have a concern about your shipment, please contact us at service@thebellabeanshop.com. For a nominal charge, we do offer rush fees of in-stock products on orders needed in under three weeks.

Our store specializes in custom monogrammed pieces and therefore all items are final sale. If you encounter an issue with a purchased item, we encourage you to contact us immediately at service@ thebellabeanshop.com.  

Non-monogrammed items may be returned for store credit only. Returning and exchanging items to the shop is the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be invoiced for shipping an exchange. To return a non-monogrammed item for store credit, please contact service@thebellabeanshop.com.

Please note all swimwear, sale, clearance, seasonal-themed and holiday items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
